Hives

Posted about this in my birth month group weeks ago and seem to be suffering alone. I’m nine weeks today and have been suffering from daily hives since a few days after I found out I was pregnant. My doctor has me taking Zyrtec to combat them which usually helps but sometimes doesn’t. I’m not allergic to anything and nothing in my diet or life has changed besides pregnancy. I didn’t have this with my first pregnancy. There’s some information about pregnancy hives online but I would love to hear someone’s personal experience. I really don’t think people get it. I got asked how many ultrasounds I was going to have this pregnancy. And to be honest it’s more than I would like to have. Dating scan was yesterday, NT scan is in three weeks and starting at 16 weeks I’ll have monthly ultrasounds to measure my Cervix. Apparently I’m ungrateful and lucky. 🙄 There is nothing lucky about having to constantly worry about how long you’ll stay pregnant for.
