Not pregnancy related, need opinions

My son started kindergarten last week Thursday and he was always excited to go in yesterday my husband didn't work and decided that he'll come with me and drop off the kids (I have a daughter in the the 2nd gr). Today I took him to school and he started to cry I walked him inside his classroom and he cried even more his teacher told me that he cries throughout the day then stops but as I left i couldnt help but feel bad for his teacher, she was also my dd teacher she was a cryer but she was worse. I honestly think his dad made him feel this way. Is there anything i can do to help him or the teacher, I get that teachers have a way for dealing with this and i dont want her to feel like im interfering with the way she handles it but I dont want her to think that I dont care, has anyone gone thru this?
