Fainting or dizzyness

Yesterday my spouse, my kids and I went to take a walk as we were walking back home- it was dark by then, i felt myself walking to the left then to the right my vision was ok and I couldnt feel my feet while walking i got scared and yelled my husbands attention as he held me my body was leaning back on its own he told me he was going to call an ambulance but since we was two house away from my house i told him no i just want to get home and lay down. Has anyone had this happen to them?
