Why Am I Experiencing Period-Like Cramps Without a Period?

Weird cramping

For almost the last month I’ve been getting cramps, like period type cramps. It happens everyday, but I still haven’t had a period. I’ve been on the implanon birth control for 2 and a half years so I know it’s highly unlikely that I’m pregnant. Does anyone know what could be causing these cramps? Thanks!
