Vitex question ladies....

I've been taking vitex for almost a week now, have any of you been using it and have had a period yet? ..... I took it the day before my period, unknowingly, and my period was lighter than my extreme heavy flow, and seems to have shorten to 5 days, rather than my usual 10 day flow. Anyone experienced AF change as this? Especially so soon.

What helped some of you ladies get pregnant! I tried vitex, taking temps, doing ovulation tests, taking prenatal vitamins, preseed. Anything else?

annekam1022 I've tried preseed and it didn't work for us. And we haven't been trying for 3 months.

we just decided to stop trying this cycle..tried vitex,fertilaid,ovaboost,gerital,pineapple,opks,temps,preseed for 8 months...lol i tried it alllllllll so
