Breastfeeding question

I'm BF my DD & I got my milk in today. My left boob is so hard and full.. it hurts. I fed my DD about 10 mins ago, she ate for 15 mins and stopped. I burped her and tried to put her back on the boob but she's not interested. I don't have a breast pump yet, is there anything I can do to help my aching boob??? The right one is starting to feel hard and full again as well..
