Help! I'm going insane!

Chloe turned 4 months yesterday but since 5 days already she is having constant tantrums at night to the point she's screaming/crying every hour through the night! It takes about 20 mins to sooth her/ rock her to sleep. I've tried uping her formula from 5oz to 6oz but she doesn't even finish 2/3oz at night! So she's definitely not hungry.
