Increase CM?

I've noticed that since coming off the pill a year and a half ago, I have very little cm. Not only is this bad for conceiving but makes sex uncomfortable which is no good all around! I've been using Conceive Plus+ which helps some, but obviously hasn't actually helped us to conceive... any ideas on how to increase cm naturally? xxx
