Partner taking Zoloft/Sertraline/SSRI/antidepressants?

My husband is taking Sertraline (generic Zoloft) for anxiety. He's been on it about a year. We have been TTC for 9 months. Could this be negatively affecting our chances of conception? I get positive OPKs, so I don't *think* it's me but I know there's only a slim chance of conception each month even when everything is optimal. Does anyone have experience TTC while you or your partner is on SSRI/antidepressants/etc?
