Help or advice please!

My little girl will be 15 weeks on Saturday and a few days ago she started a new habit, and it’s not good. She is chewing on her hand and sticking her fingers so far in she is gagging and throwing up. She does it anytime her hands are free. We can’t have her out of our site even to go make a bottle real quick, which is really hard when I’m the only one home with her during the day. We have tried taking her hands away from her mouth and giving her the pacifier instead but she’s not a baby that likes the pacifier and she spits it out within seconds. Any help or advice would be great! It worries me!!
