Venting...no one to talk to

I’m almost 31 weeks and I do pretty much everything around the house and for myself. The only thing I really ask my Fiancé to do is bring the laundry basket up 2 floors to our room so I can put the clothes away, he said he didn’t mind doing it. Well this morning his back is hurting him a bit so I asked when he gets the chance please bring the basket upstairs. He starts yelling and being mean and saying I can do it because his back hurts and he won’t do it. I’m already really sore today from a busy day yesterday so I asked him again to bring it up so I can put it away. After 10 min of arguing and him telling me I’m lazy and it’s not that heavy I can carry it he proceeds to throw it up the stairs so all the clothes are everywhere. Now I have to bend over a bunch of times to pick it all up and still carry it a ways to the room after that. All I want is a little bit of help, I’m so tired and so sore. Sorry everyone I just needed to vent and I don’t really have anyone else to talk to.
