Swollen feet

I sit at a desk all day and I am in a computer so it's hard to walk around. After a couple hours of work my feet start swelling pretty bad. This started a couple days ago. Once I get home and can put my feet up the swelling stops. I am 26 weeks tomorrow. Just wanted to know if this is normal or if there is anything I can do?
