Pap smear spotting

So yesterday at my appointment, they made me do a Pap smear and cervical exam. I had some bright pinkish bleeding immediately following and then it turned brown. (Sorry if this is tmi) Today it seems like the discharge itself is clear but I keep having little tiny brown bits of tissue like stuff coming out. This is making me so nervous. Anyone else experienced this? I just want it to stop ?
