Cleaning while pregnant

We're about to move and put our current house on the market. So I've got to get our house sparkling clean. Anyone know of any good, safe cleaners to use while pregnant? I know I can use vinegar and baking soda, but vinegar seems to attract gnats in my house. Anything else that might work?
