Hcg beta levels

For those of you that went to have blood work to check hcg, how many times did your doctor make you go? I went in last Thursday and then again on Monday. Today the receptionist called me and said that my levels were rising but they want me to come back in at the end of the week as well to make sure my numbers are high enough to proceed with an ultrasound. As far as I know I'm not getting like an extra early ultrasound as I'm scheduled for one next month at 8w5d. She didn't tell me my exact numbers or anything just said they were rising and that was good. Is there a certain number you need for an ultrasound? I went online to their website and all it says beside the hcg level test is "normal" and then has "high" written beneath that for both tests. I was really hoping I was gonna get some peace about this pregnancy today but now I just feel like I have another reason to worry since they want me to come back in again. I know this isn't normal practice because even the lady that was drawing my blood yesterday said she hoped that was the last time I'd have to do it. Somebody tell me to stop freaking out! ???
