First period after miscarriage

On cycle day 2 of my first period after my miscarriage. I miscarried June 20th and happy my body seems to be getting back on track on time, but this period is a doozy. I feel like I'm bleeding to death! Trying not to worry because I read it's normal to have a heavier than usual period after a miscarriage but man.... I feel like I'm just gonna sit here all day and do nothing till it slows down some. Anyone else in the same boat? I'm so ready to try again. I was really hoping I would just get pregnant right away without having my period but looks like that's not happening.
