Hilarious (and true) things kids say.

So DH just got home from work and was sitting down to eat a yogurt, having a chat with DS (5yo). DH has been doing the dishes lately because it absolutely kills my back right now. He didn't get around to doing them last night with plans to do them after eating. So DS asks why he didn't do them last night. DH replies "cuz your dad is just a little bit lazy". Ds quipped "Dad, your SUCH a man" complete with little eye roll

5yo started to wet the bed again

My son has been potty trained since he was 2 1/2 and now hes wetting the bed again. Last night he peed twice, after the first time I washed him off made him potty and he went back to sleep. When I woke him up for school he was wet again. Now the school just called me he peed at nap time which hes never done. Does anyone have some insight on this? Hes embarrassed and im being supportive but im not quite sure what to do.

Had my 38 week check up today. I'm 38w 5d...the doctor said I'm 2cm dilated and 50% efaced. I've seen her often because of pain. While I was there she "stretched my cervix". I saw my 5yo today. Tried picking him up to induce myself. Didn't work. Went off roading. Didn't work. "Jogged" around Walmart. Didn't work. Ate pineapple and licorice. Didn't work. I don't think anything will work :-(
