NEVER cooked a turkey ? my SO wants me to cook one for thanksgiving....Help!!!!!

So I grew up on ham for the holidays never turkey but my SO did and now he wants me to cook one so ladies I need recipes whatever different ways you can give I greatly appreciate it.TIA
