Woke up with stomach pains

So i've been sleeping since about 6 after doing some major cleaning earlier haven't lifted anything heavy I've been up since 10 with a constant pain doesn't feel like contractions baby finally moved,i've ate something,I've laid down still hurting get a lil pain in my back that comes and goes idk what it could

So I've been drinking a ton of water since I was brought up to my room and I've been pumping every 2 hours but I'm not pumping anything. Feeling really discouraged. The nursery isn't giving babygirl any formula as they have her hooked up to an IV but Im already feeling like a failure :(
