Question about lab work..

When my lab work was taken for this pregnancy, the results said that my white blood cell count is high, red blood cell count is low, and that my gran level, (granulocytes), was extremely high.. now the doctor never said anything to me about it but I'm still worried about it and I'm wondering if that's just normal for pregnancy? Apparently, my levels have been like that in previous pregnancies but I had no idea. It's kind of scary to me. ?? Can someone please try to help put my mind at ease? I see my doctor again on the 9th, and I'll ask about it then but I thought maybe someone here might know something about this..
