Question about GBS..

In my last pregnancy, I tested positive for GBS, (group b strep), which was the very first time I've ever tested positive in any pregnancy. My question is, if I tested positive for it in a previous pregnancy, does that mean I'm more at risk for having it in this pregnancy as well? It's been bugging me because my last labor was already so painful and exhausting then add antibiotics that made my skin feel like it was on fire on top of it! ? My last labor was 24 hrs long, (that's a LONG time for my 8th baby and my longest labor before that only being 8 hours!), so I just really don't want to have to go through that mess again! Hoping I don't test positive this time around!
