worst ending to a good day ?

So I ended up having an out of the blue panic attack in the bath then threw up all over the kitchen because I couldn't calm down. I have never felt so out of control in my whole life ?? I'm lucky my partner was there with me to help. Worst ending to such a good day ?? now in the spare bedroom with the pup trying to relax.
