NHS ??

Just wanted to post a wee rant about how s*** ty the NHS is (in my opinion anyway) Iv had a lump in my leg for about 7 years been to the doctors about 5-6 times to say it really hurts please can you do something about it, it keeps me awake or it wakes me up. I just kept getting told oh its deep vain thrombosis or it's a fatty lump you'll be fine. Well I finally had enough as it was getting sorer so took myself to the doctors again to be told yet again it's just a fatty lump and they won't touch it, I said ok well that's not good enough for me can you refer me to the hospital please. So I got referred for an ultrasound. The lady was really nice and confirmed for me that it wasn't a fatty lump. Well today I got the call from the doctor that kept saying it was a fatty lump.Its tumour in my calf muscle, they think it's benign but I need to go for an MRI scan so they can make sure then we'll discuss removing it ?? if they had listened to me years ago we could have had it sorted already and I could have been living pain free. But nope they think they know your body better than you! That's is all lol xx
