Lump in my leg ?

Iv had a lump in my leg for about 7 year now, usually every now and then it sends sharp pains to my chest. every time I went to the doctors and told hem it hurt and was uncomfortable they just said oh it's nothing probably just a bit fatty tissue. I never believed this but if the doctors wouldn't listen what could I do? Anyway since I got pregnant (im 10 weeks 2 days) it's gotten a lot sorer and for the past couple days it's kept me away at night. Sending shooting pain to my ankle and throbbing. It kinda answers my suspicions that it's more serious than a fatty lump ? gonna tell my midwife because I know she'll listen
