Confused

I posted a couple days ago very excited that I was finally pregnant after 8 months off trying after being on the depo. Well I was really ill last night, sore back and a sore throat. Woke up this morning and after I went to the toilet there was brown blood ?. It's not a lot but I do have a sore tummy with it but my morning sickness was gone. I hadn't told my partner because I wanted to surprise him, I had to tell him this morning what happened and as great as he always is told me not to panic it might just be old blood. He's always the strong one! ? anyway I went for a nap and woke up feeling sick and iv been gagging most of the day, I'm gonna do another test tomorrow. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar experience but went on to full term. Thanks xxx
