Itchy skin

I am 14.2 weeks along and my skin the last several weeks has just been super itchy. I had a spot pop up on my side about 2 inches under my armpit and it’s lumpy and rashy feeling and my legs (calves) have been super itchy as well. I’ve never had itchy problems with any of my pregnancies before, aside from my belly from my skin stretching. Anyone have this issue? It’s so annoying!
