When did you tell people

I have 3 children, 2 with my partner (or ex) I'm 20 weeks pregnant. Partner moved out over the weekend. I was keeping the pregnancy quiet untill the big ultrasound as we lost a baby last year. Now I can't hide it anymore and have to start telling people I'm pregnant with number 4 and partner of 8 years and I have broken up. I feel so embarrassed and ashamed of the situation ?
