Weaning DD off boob cold turkey - Vent

Today I decided to wean DD off the boob cold turkey and I can honestly say I am more upset then her? I have been crying on and off all day feeling so guilty but I know it is what is best for the both of us and all the gentler methods just didn't work with her as she just wanted and demanded boobie all the time.
