False Labour?

sorry for spamming you ladies lately but I just need advise; I have been up all night with what I call fake labour, I was getting contractions every 7/8 minutes for 3-4 hours and I was in agony ?! Then I miraculously fell asleep and it stopped but my lower back pain is still there? I don't know if I should go to doctor or not or if I should be concerned? I am currently 33 + 4 weeks today...
