Nausea

Hey ladies, I’m 14 weeks today and have been having horrible nausea. It started around week 8 just dry heaving but over the last few weeks it’s now more vomiting. Doctor has put me on B6 and unison. Anyone used this combo and it help? ? I thought 2nd trimester would be easier!!
