Progesterone gel

Hey ladies, hopefully y'all can help. I will be starting progesterone gel inserts tomorrow. Once in the morning and once at night to prepare for my frozen ivf cycle. Is it still fine to exercise or do yoga? Anyone's Doctor tell them otherwise? Gel is just for one week then I start the shot once a day.

Only benefit of being high risk. In two weeks, I start weekly ultrasounds to measure my cervix. Waiting on a call from my OB to make an appointment to start progesterone injections. Two appointments every week. 😂😂
