Due Date Changes?

Has anyone had the dr change their due date at the 20 week anatomy scan? My last ultrasound was at 9 weeks 5 days but they said I was measuring 10 weeks 2 days. He said that my due date might change but he wasn't going to yet. Does that mean he might at my next sono appointment?
