Thigh pain

Anyone else having bad cramping in their inner thighs? I would usually feel like this a day or two before I’d start my period so it has me worried. The cramping goes up into my pelvis and it gets VERY uncomfortable to sit or stand for any amount of time. No cramping in the uterus and baby is still kicking. Finally took Tylenol which is helping. Just curious if others are dealing with it too. I’m 22 weeks.
