Just now getting sick

Anyone else have a mild first trimester, but start to feel much worse as they enter the second? I’m 13 weeks and about a week ago I started to feel extremely nauseous every morning, while riding the train, while in the car, after eating, when hungry, and late at night. I had to get off the train to work one night mid-commute because I was so embarrassed by my nonstop gagging. Last night I spent more time puking than sleeping. My best guess is that it’s caused the baby is pushing around all my digestive organs. My stomach always feels tight and very high now.
