Loneliness rant

I’ve been feeling intense loneliness lately. I’ve moved a lot my entire life (seven states, two countries) and have never been great at keeping friends. All of the women in my family finished having kids over twenty years ago, and I’m the first of my generation to become pregnant. Every time I try to talk to anyone in my family about symptoms of pregnancy it either comes off as complaining or I feel like they aren’t listening. For example, I took a prescribed tamaflu pill Christmas Day and told the whole family that the pill was going to probably make me sick for a couple hours. When I became sick an hour later, my aunts decided it was morning sickness and now won’t shut up about things I need to do to help morning sickness. (I haven’t had any morning sickness beyond a little nausea so far.)
