Tried to get the best picture. This is Noah's leg he has a lot of little bumps. They are on both of his legs, his legs don't feel smooth ☹️ he also has them on his head by his hairline, forehead, cheeks and arms. Does anyone know what it could be? Should I schedule an appointment to the pediatrician? My girls have never had this so I'm concerned ? they aren't red or blistering looking but his skin does feel textured..? I wash my clothes and his in baby soap I also wash my sheets in baby detergent.
