2under2 living in apartments

Anyone here live in an apartment? Do neighbors complain when they cry? Are babies even allowed to live there ? I feel silly asking but if feels as if finding a house is so difficult and stressful an apartment would be a lot faster but I wonder if it would be an issue.. my babies sleep in till late but are up pretty late and I know we don't have the same schedule as others so I'm wondering if we would be a problem
