Had 3 hours exam plus 30 mins of arriving early and for the very 1st time that is d longest that im away from lo. And left him with hubby. When i get back he was crying super clingy and grumpy. I know something is wrong with lo. I smell his bottom and does need changing so that's when i found out what's d cause of him crying. a small poop in his nappy is sticking in his skin (testicle part) that's d only area which is red and looks painful for me. He scream and cry in pain after he pees.. he doesn't want me clean and wipe him it hurts him much. It feels terrible. What cream works fast to heal it? I have put bepanthen when i change nappy and before bed i put pawpaw and band aid so when he pee it wont sting him ( is that good idea to keep area dry? )
