Bleeding again

Well i started spotting on July the fourth and has continued to heavy bleeding till now a little bit over a month now, finally i was feeling relieved because it had stopped but two days after seeing nothing tonight i started seeing blood again. I don't know what to think or feel it just seams like I'm going to be bleeding for ever and I'm scared of thinking i might loose my baby any day
