Abdominal pain

On Tuesday i received the wonderful news that there was finally a heartbeat and that baby was okay after all the bleeding I've been going trough. Since then the bleeding has stopped but three days later, today i woke up with abdominal pain no matter what i do it wont go away i cant even sit or walk because the pain is there to make things worser i just finished going to the restroom and saw brown discharge again. Im worried again for the worst to happen, if it don't go away I need to the doctor and i just don't want to I'm scared they'll tell me bad news.
