No heartbeat

Went yesterday to the emergency room do to a lat or bleeding a cramping they preform ultrasounds and blood work and told me they could find a heart beat probably i could be a miscarriage but everything else seemed fine my levels where 10,245 witch seem good baby seem up to date with fetal growth my question is has anyone been told there was no heart beat at 6 to 7 weeks and everything turn out fine?
