Subchronic Hematoma

Went to the Emergency room today due to back discomfort. The baby was measuring 11 weeks with a strong heart beat. The doctor came back in and gave me bad news. I have a subchronic hematoma, never experienced this I didn't even know about it. I hadn't had any vaginal bleeding or any indication of this until now when they did the ultrasound. It's really close to the baby and I'm scared that this can cause I miscarriage. I'm literally freaking out! Than they didn't give me the rhogam shot and she told me I'm higher risk now and I have to follow up with my obgyn. I'm trying so hard not to stress about it.
