Something that was a life saver for me that someone suggested I pack for the hospital was depends... I bought the silhouette incontinence underwear and they were 1000x more comfortable then the mesh underwear and that mega pad.. In the very beginning I would put a large pad also inside while I was bleeding heavy and then as it lessened a few days later I used without the additional pad in it. Just a suggestion!
