it just took me...
20 minutes to remove the diva cup! ??
Took me 15 mins the first time! The trick that works 100% of the time for me is to pull it downward (like you're keeping the cup perfectly upright) when pulling it out. I squeeze the cup near the base, then pull down.
Hope that helps. I love my cup now that I can get it out. ❤
ETA: The stem should be just inside, not super deep. I use the Blossom cup (like $15 on Amazon), and haven't had any leaks since my second cycle using. Learning curve but so worth it.
okay okay, yeah i was squatting but i wasn't breaking the suction. think i put it a little too far in there. so should i still be able to feel the stem a little when i feel down there or?
sorry might be stupid questions lol
Squat and bare down, and it will lower. Make sure to break the suction by putting a finger between the rim and your vaginal walls. If the suction isn't broken it's hard to remove.
When you insert it, make sure you're putting it *just* fully inside, it does not go in as far as a tampon.
maybe my fingers are too short ???? i could barely reach the stem. either that or it was too far up but, putting it in wasn't too bad, felt comfortable, slept in it then couldn't get the damn thing out! ??
Bear down like yore pooping then squeeze the base to break the suction. It should just slide right out.
