no he hasn't. he doesn't seem to be in any pain at all only when I give him a bath and when I put the medicine on it.

I am just getting over impetigo. ? Doesn't look like it to me but I'm no MD. Looks like a scratch/bruise combo. Sorry. Hope you can piece it together. Concerning to not know the cause.

It almost looks like a burn in this picture. I really think you need to get seen. It could be a strep infection of the skin or even scalded skin syndrome though its not likely. I wouldnt chance it. Not all types of staph look like impetigo. Let us know what happens please.

Yeahhhhh idk. I'd just take him in and see there. From just looking at it we can't really tell you too much. Looks like anything from staph to a burn

I had a tiny scratch on my knee from falling a couple years ago, and it took about a week and I thought it was healing fine.
But it began looking like this- it was staph. Def get it checked out! Especially if it's spreading!
