sharp pain in middle of night?

Sharp right pain in middle of night kind of like a tingaly feeling about 3 times last night everytime got up to pee. Right lower side. Im wondering of its just the ligament pain or contractions? Right after few min later had cramp like feelings. Was a horiable night to say the least 32 weeks on sunday.
