Will my son ever sleep through the night? He still wakes up at either 4,5 or 6am is there anything I can do to help him? He usually drinks 6 ounces and will be 4 months next Friday

Sleeping through the night is a developmental and neurological milestone that is perfectly normal not to reach until age 5. It’s something we signed up for when we became parents.

My son is 2.5 years old and still wakes up frequently. He has never slept through the night. All kids are different. Some sleep early on others well take forever. Just know one day they will.

My son didn't start sleeping longer through the night until he was 6 months and unfortunately he's regressed a bit and wakes up once every night whining so I have to go in his room, tuck him back in, and turn his stars on again. He's almost 2 and a half

I put mine to bed at 7:30 and he’s still waking at about 4:30-5 ish. I go into his room and don’t turn on any lights and nurse him back to sleep, then go back to sleep myself. I usually get 1.5 more hrs of sleep.

@singingmommy123 all kids are different. Some sleep through fairly young, others take longer.

That’s normal, it’s something that comes when they’re ready for it nothing you can do to speed that up. Some toddlers still don’t sleep totally through the night without waking.

My son didn't start sleeping through the night until a month ago. He's 2. It's normal for them not to, especially at that age.
