A little bummed
I started bleeding friday and it tapered off sat and sunday. I saw the specialist today to check on my placenta previa and it is still covering my cervix which means a c-section. I was a little bummed. Was really hoping it moved up but it didnt. Now going back to ob tomorrow to have a biophysical. Silver lining i got to see my little man and the sono tech showed us how my little one has so much hair. Im 34+3 and little is weighing in at 5.8 Lbs and is in the 50th percentile. Just wanted to this off my chest i know things will be okay i just didnt want surgery.

gracie...thanks that comforts me. Im sure it will be beautiful either way as long as little one gets here safe.
I'm hoping for a vbac after my necessary csection last time but if it's any comfort a scheduled csection can be super relaxed and easy. (The delivery part, anyway) Mine was a beautiful experience and although recovery was a bear I wouldn't trade anything about my daughter's birth. It was absolutely beautiful.

ahilliger...that is scary. Glad everything turned out ok for your friend. I know a c-section isnt what i wanted but i know that it must be done. I wouldn't want to compromise mine or the babys health.
mamaillz...that is exactly what i was telling my husband. When i go to my appt next week i will ask. Hopefully I dont forget.
