Placenta previa

So i was told i have a low lying placenta. Have been holding out hope for it to migrate up but its still low. Its now a partial placenta previa at 30 weeks. Thing is i started spotting today. Did any of you ladies have a partial and still gave birth without a c-section( did it move up in the end). Also should i call my dr. and go in to get checked for spotting? Im freaking out a little.

I had one from 14-26 weeks . I was told if I had any spotting I should call or go in but every doctor is different . If atleast call yours

I also have this and I was told to go in asap with any bleeding.

I dont have this but i think you should call your dr and tell them that you're spotting, just to be safe!?

Im so glad you haven't had any bleeding. Yes fingers crossed we will both be okay and im already on pelvic rest. Take care of yourself.

They told me I had partial placenta previa at 20 weeks. I just had another scan today to check and it moved up and out of the way and Im 28 weeks now. Hopefully it moves up enough in the next few weeks!! Good luck mama.
