Jlyn...i dont think its something i ate. I know im getting a BH contraction because my chest starts feeling tight. Im intrested to hear what he has to say too. I hope its not anything bad.

I have not experienced the chest sensation but i did however experience BH about 3 weeks ago and it freaked me out, definitely was not ready for it.

Maybe you ate something that contributed to that? Curious to what your OB says

I feel something similar, but the way I describe it is that tighteness is actually just my lungs expanding because it gets a little more space. It seems like it's harder to breathe, but actually it's just that you can inhale more air and you are not used to it. Weird stuff your body goes through during pregnancy
